FINALLY, a company that runs on honesty and finishing the job correctly! Chris is punctual communication is great and he does business just like things used to be done! Came out fixed the capacitor doesn’t charge you or tries to find other stuff to stiff you for. His motto If you don’t need it he will tell you and he has saved my parents thousands that another local company was trying to take advantage of them! Do yourself a favor and save a headache and go with South Valley so much easier and a relief!

My family and I were in a tight spot when our air conditioner stopped working, but Chris came to our rescue and provided timely help. I sent him a text on 4th of July just asking for him to call me after the holiday and he called me immediately and even offered to come that night. Luckily I had a portable AC unit and insisted he enjoy his Independence Day and to let me know the soonest he could come look at my AC unit. He remained in constant contact with me until he arrived and had the parts needed on hand to get my house cooled down. -Thank you again Chris.

Air went out on a Sunday with the temperature outside over 100 degrees. Have to find someone and they answered the phone right away and was able to come out within 3 hours. Very friendly and fix my unit. Price was very reasonable for a Sunday emergency service call. I will be switching to South Valley AC & Heating from now on for my summer & winter service.

Chris was here within a couple of hours, on a Saturday. He was honest and more than fair in his prices. I payed for a yearly service contract along with the service call to ensure my HVAC’s continued reliability. Truly a gentleman to do business with. Have already recommended him to a neighbor.
