I was looking for a 24/7 service and came across South Valley AC & Heating. I was able to immediately schedule an appointment with a 2-hour window for expected arrival from the time that I called. The technician arrived within the expected time frame. They were friendly and professional. Was a true lifesaver in this heat! Highly recommend.

We realized our air conditioner was not working on a Sunday evening after a 4-hour PG&E power outage. It was 115 outside and 90 in our home. In desperation we called South Valley AC because their website said they were on call 24/7. Chris answered and said he could take a look at our unit that night. He called after his last appointment and got to our house around 11:00 pm. Chris diagnosed and repaired our air conditioner in 30 minutes. Not only did we receive excellent, professional service, but Chris was personable and kind. I cannot recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to call them again for service.

Chris was able to come out within an hour of my text message to fix our AC. He was super professional, friendly and got the job done very quickly. Having no AC in this heat is no fun- so I really appreciated how quickly he was able to come out on a Saturday. Highly recommend!
